Recently I've been working on many unique projects, some by myself and some with other people. These projects range from Zines to Bangs to personal projects with my own original characters. I'll be including links to the projects here as they get publicly posted so you can access them.
Commission Information

GeneralBy commissioning me, the client has confirmed that they have read and fully agree to the terms of service listed below:
I reserve the right to refuse any commission that I deem necessary. While I will most likely give a reason for denial of service, I am not obligated to.If I genuinely feel like I will not be able to draw your character in a good way, then it will be denied. I do not want to present or sell pieces that I am unhappy with, and I don’t want you as the client feeling dissatisfied with your commission.Please don’t hesitate to ask me if I’m able to do something you haven’t seen me do before / I have no existing examples of. There is a chance I will deny it if I believe I cannot do it, but it never hurts to ask.I will be sure to ask if I have any questions regarding a character's design, and if there’s any aspects of a character’s design that you think I may miss or not understand, please let me know in advance!Any genuine mistakes made by myself can be corrected completely for free, and will not count towards your number of revisions for the commission.I reserve the right to post any and all art that I make. If you do not consent to this, do not commission or trade with me. If you still wish to commission me and DON’T want the art public at all, you are free to pay for an NDA, prices shown later in the TOS.I work full time, so please understand that I cannot devote all of my time to art no matter how much I want to.PaymentsPayments must be 100% UP FRONT. Commissions will not be started until full payment is provided.Payment Plans are allowed, just know that the piece will not be started until complete payment has been sent.Payments are accepted via VGen, Kofi, PayPal, or Cash AppRevisionsUnlimited revisions can be made during the sketch processUp to 3 revisions can be made during line-art phaseUp to 3 revisions can be made during coloringNo revisions can be made during renderingIf I, the artist, make a genuine mistake (for example, forgetting a character’s piercings or accidentally not including markings / patterns on their body) then that won't count towards the revisions as it was my mistake.ZERO WIPS AND REVISIONS WILL BE ALLOWED FOR SKEB STYLE COMMISSIONS, I WILL ONLY FIX GENUINE MISTAKES OR THINGS I FORGOTDeadlines and DeliveryI will finish the commission anywhere from 2 days to 3 months from payment, depending on how many other pieces are in my queue, and how my overall workload looks like.Rush Fees :
If you require the commission to be finished by a specific date then you may need to pay a rush fee. Rush fees may be anywhere from $5 - $150 depending on the type of commission and the timeline I am given.My queue priority : Commissions > Zine / Event Work > Trades > Raffles > Free / Gift WorkI will send you the image files as PNGs on whichever platform we have communication on. If you request it, I can also email you the files for higher quality, or I can upload the images to File Garden and give you the link.UseI may use any commission or trade as a part of my portfolio, as examples of my work, and for posting on social media unless the client requests and pays for an NDA.NDA Pricing :
Comms From $1 - $100 : $50 NDA Fee
Comms From $101 - $300 : $100 NDA Fee
Comms From $301 - $500 : $150 NDA Fee
Comms From $501 and up : $250 NDA FeeClient is allowed to request for me to wait for posting WITHOUT paying for an NDA fee! For example, if the commission is a gift for somebody for a birthday, holiday, or anniversary. Or if you are a VTuber planning on using the commission as a part of your debut. In any scenario like this, I will be more than willing to postpone posting the artwork myself until a date you've set.Client may use for purely personal and monetized use and NOT merchandise / commercial use unless paying a merchandising fee.Personal Use : Using as a PFP / Banner, posting on social media, using as emotes in a discord server, creating pins or keychains for yourself (NOT TO SELL), overall anything that is for yourselfMonetized Use : Using as emotes on YouTube / Twitch / any other streaming websites. Using as an asset within streams. Using within your websites.Merchandise Use : Creating pins, keychains, standees, stickers, prints, clothing, etc to SELL and MAKE MONEY.If you wish to make any money using the artwork that I have created for you, the price of the work will be multiplied by 3.For Example :
A $10 comm would become $30
A $50 comm would become $150
A $200 comm would become $600If shared / posted anywhere online or used as a pfp or banner, please give proper credit. For example, you can mention myself as @AxlotlSarkozy (Twitter, Bsky, VGen) or @AxoJam214 (ToyHouse, Artfight). You don’t have to ping me directly, but make sure people know I made the art.DO NOT hide my watermark / signatures on an art pieceIntellectual Property RightsClient may not change, edit, or modify final work for any reason. If you wish for edits to be made, feel free to reach out to me! If I still have the file, I will be more than willing to help make edits for free or a very low cost depending on how much you want the piece to be edited.I as the artist hold full intellectual rights of the artwork and client may not claim is as their own creationClient may not commission an AI “artist” to draw any character that I have created / designedClient may not run any of my artwork through ANY AI services, including but not limited to : ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, Copilot, Google Labs, Claude, Midjourney, Notion, etcMy work may not be turned into an NFT of any sortMy work is to not be traced over or copied by anyone elseRefundsI will provide a 50% refund if I have not started the piece after 1 month and you are unwilling to wait longer.I will provide a 75% refund if I have not started the piece after 2 months and you are unwilling to wait longer.I will provide a 100% refund if I have not started the piece after 3 months and you are unwilling to wait longer.If you choose to cancel the commission and I have already started the sketch, I will only provide a 75% refund.If you choose to cancel the commission and I have already finished the sketch, I will only provide a 50% refund.If you choose to cancel the commission and I am at any part of the lineart stage, I will only provide a 25% refund.If you choose to cancel the commission any time after I finish the lineart, I will not provide any sort of refund at all.CommunicationAll communication will remain on VGen, Twitter, Bsky, ToyHouse, or DiscordWhen we set up the commission, we can discuss which platform we will primarily use for the commissionWill DoI am 100% willing to do anything in this category :- Feminine
